Market Day Recap

Market Day Recap

Yesterday’s market was such a lovely day - the weather held out for us (thankfully!) and only started raining just as we were packing up. By the time we were driving home, it absolutely poured, so we were definitely lucky!

Overall, I think my setup went pretty well. It was bright, colourful, and cheerful! Exactly the vibe I wanted - but as always, there is a couple of things I’ll tweak for next time:

1. Add another table.

With all my goodies, I think my stall looked a bit crowded. While lots of people stopped by (thank you if you did!), it might have been a little overwhelming trying to take it all in at once. I think adding another table will help me spread things out into groups or themes, making it easier on the eyes and more fun to browse.

2. Cater to a wider audience.

As much as I adore my pink, pastel, and cute themes (it’s totally my happy place), I noticed a variety of people stopping by - and I think expanding into a few different colour palettes and styles could be a great idea. If you’re reading this, I’d love to know what other colours or themes you’d like to see in the Peachi Lane range!

It’s always such a learning experience doing markets - every one teaches me something new. I’m already excited to start planning for the next one!

Until next market day, Bec x
