Cancellation policy
Subscription & Pre-Order Products.
Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains your rights and how you can cancel or change these types of purchases in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it before the renewal date.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription will be included in your order confirmation emails. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Pre-orders:
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or not yet available for immediate delivery. At checkout, we may either charge a deposit or the full amount, depending on the product.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Returns Policy, depending on the circumstances.
