If you believe your product meets the criteria for a refund, store credit or replacement, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide:

  3. Outcome: Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Shipping Costs

In the event that Peachi Lane offers a refund, store credit or replacement for specific products, this will depend on the circumstances. You may be required to return the item (Unused and in original packaging and new condition). The item must be returned within 14 business days from outcome. Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for covering any return shipping fees to Peachi Lane HQ.
